
About the project
Challenge
After a historic journey as co-founder of Reserva, one of the most iconic brands in Brazilian retail, which achieved over R$ 1.8 billion in gross revenue, and later as CEO of AR&Co, Rony was experiencing a moment of transition: repositioning himself as an entrepreneur, mentor, investor, and speaker in his post-Reserva journey.
The central challenge was to build a strategic, mature digital presence aligned with his new career phase, consolidating his authority while creating a channel for acquiring real opportunities.
Solution
MDN developed a comprehensive brand and digital presence strategy, including:
Strategic repositioning and brand narrative
Creation of a visual identity aligned with the new moment
Development of a robust website, structured in three main fronts: Lectures, Mentoring, Rebels Ventures (VC vehicle for businesses in the health sectors)
Implementation of an Authorial Blog/Newsletter as a content channel
Total integration with ActiveCampaign, automatically categorizing all leads by type of interest
Creation of the ecosystem for capturing startups interested in investment through Rebels
The website became the central hub of the new positioning, bringing together content, business, authority, and qualified acquisition.
Impact
The new digital ecosystem redefined Rony's online presence, creating a solid, strategic, and highly efficient platform to attract opportunities aligned with his pillars of action.
In the first 6 months post-launch, the website recorded strong organic growth and acquisition, surpassing:
+1,500 qualified leads for investment fronts, mentoring, and lectures
+700 new newsletter subscribers
The previous site hardly generated demand, and the new platform began to function as a structured, scalable acquisition channel that was fully integrated with Rony’s current positioning.
