About the project
Challenge
After a historical journey as co-founder of Reserva — one of the most iconic brands in Brazilian retail, which achieved over R$ 1.8 billion in gross revenue, and subsequently as CEO of AR&Co, Rony was experiencing a transitional moment: repositioning himself as an entrepreneur, mentor, investor, and speaker in his post-Reserva journey.
The central challenge was to build a strategic, mature digital presence aligned with his new career phase, consolidating his authority while creating a channel for acquiring real opportunities.
Solution

Creation of the fundraising ecosystem for startups interested in investment through Rebels
The website became the central hub of the new positioning, bringing together content, business, authority, and qualified acquisition.
Impact
The new digital ecosystem redefined Rony's online presence, creating a solid, strategic, and highly efficient platform to attract opportunities aligned with his pillars of action.
In the first 6 months post-launch, the site recorded strong organic growth and acquisition, surpassing:
+1,500 qualified leads for investment, mentoring, and speaking opportunities
+700 new newsletter subscribers
The previous site practically generated no demand, and the new platform functioned as a structured, scalable acquisition channel fully integrated with Rony's current positioning.
