Challenge
Nuria is a health tech that applies cutting-edge technology to transform the entire patient experience, from the first click to post-consultation loyalty.
It serves hospitals, clinics, and health networks that need to integrate acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and relationship management into a single digital ecosystem.
When Adriana, Núria's Marketing Director, reached out to us, the scenario was critical:
Old website visually outdated
Outdated information architecture

Our work consisted of completely rebuilding Núria's digital presence, creating a platform that:

1. Architecture based on the Patient Journey
The major transformation was structuring the entire site around four main pillars:

We created a sidebar navigation component that:

facilitates understanding of the ecosystem as a whole
offers continuous navigation between steps
It was one of the most praised UX differentials.
3. Complete storytelling + enhanced copywriting
We rewrote the entire product narrative:
explaining complex solutions simply
defining clear use cases
connecting each step of the journey to the real impact on the patient's experience
4. SEO, Performance, and Speed
Complete audit of the old site

5. Motion Design applied to the product
We applied animations and micro-interactions to the site to:
