Challenge


Nuria is a health tech company that applies cutting-edge technology to transform the entire patient experience, from the first click to loyalty in the post-consultation phase.
It serves hospitals, clinics, and health networks that need to integrate acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and relationships into a single digital ecosystem.


When Adriana, the Marketing Director of Nuria, approached us, the scenario was critical:

  • Outdated visually old website

  • Outdated information architecture

  • Disconnected and hard-to-understand solutions

  • Confusing and unintuitive navigation

  • No clear representation of the patient journey

  • Limited CMS

  • Compromised speed and performance

  • Poorly organized content, harming SEO

  • Non-existent integrations with the CRM (RD Station)

Nuria needed a modern, scalable, technical website with strong coherence between UX, product narrative, and the real patient journey.

Solution


Our work consisted of completely rebuilding Nuria's digital presence, creating a platform that:

  • visually translated the patient journey

  • organized all solutions within this logic

  • facilitated the discovery and understanding of products

  • optimized SEO, performance, and internal operations

1. Architecture Based on the Patient Journey

The major transformation was to structure the entire site into four main pillars:

2. Intelligent Navigation with Contextual Side Menu


We created a side navigation component that:

  • shows where each solution fits within the journey

  • facilitates understanding of the ecosystem as a whole

  • provides continuous navigation between stages

It was one of the most praised UX differentiators.


3. Complete Storytelling + Enhanced Copywriting


We rewrote the entire product narrative:

  • explaining complex solutions in a simple way

  • defining clear use cases

  • connecting each stage of the journey to the real impact on the patient experience


4. SEO, Performance, and Speed


  • Complete audit of the old site

  • Identification of key keywords by solution

  • Performance improvements for excellent scores

  • Reduction of visual weight while maintaining quality

  • Technical and content SEO applied on each page


5. Motion Design Applied to the Product


We applied animations and microinteractions to the site to:

  • illustrate scheduling flows

  • show the check-in dynamics

  • demonstrate integrations and automations

  • make technical pages more intuitive


6. Resource CMS (Blog, Cases, and Materials)


We created a structured area with:

  • organization by categories and tags

  • real-time search (live search)

  • pagination

  • possibility for future expansion

  • complete migration of content from the previous site

  • preservation of URL structure → no ranking loss


7. Integration with RD Station


All forms were:

  • redesigned

  • integrated with RD Station

  • configured with appropriate events and tracking


8. Integration with Chatbot and Complementary Systems


We included a layer of automated service, improving:

  • support

  • lead capture

  • lead qualification


9. Integration Page


We created a dedicated page showing all possible integrations with the Nuria ecosystem, extremely relevant for hospitals and clinics with complex infrastructures.
