MDN supported the entire customer evolution journey over the past 5 years, supporting institutional positioning and the generation of qualified leads for UJJI, a startup incubated at Oxford University Innovation.
Our challenge was to continuously evolve and remodel the company's institutional website, following its evolution in the business model, highlighting the features clearly, as well as assertively communicating the product's value proposition to the public as new fronts of solutions emerged. In addition, we had the challenge of building a product that had the flexibility and adaptability of an intuitive CMS for editing the internal marketing team, allowing for the frequent publication of content in a fast and scalable way.
We designed and developed a customized dynamic interface that includes several micro-interactions in various sections of the website, in a creative and light way to support the client's business premise, combining visual excellence with the structure/hierarchy of information and brand storytelling. The use of creative and playful compositions, which mix illustrations and real characters, brought the aspect of convergence between the virtual and real world.
The implementation of the solution using a digital calendar for scheduling a meeting directly in the structure of the pages was a differential to increase conversions and generate more opportunities and revenue for the client.
The CMS developed in a personalized way, as well as the training and tutorials carried out with the client, also enabled an increase in the production of content for the blog and an increase in efficiency in the site's Content Marketing and SEO strategy.
With the use of this opportunity generation tool, in addition to all the institutional aspect of supporting communication, the website was fundamental in supporting the marketing strategy to raise the client to the rank of one of the most innovative startups in the United Kingdom, having recently received the Tech Nation Rising Stars award, in addition to two investment rounds in recent months.
